Adam burst into his room and plopped himself on his bed. He cried like crazy, but it wasn't that loud. People usually cry loudly to get attention, but if they're crying softly, they truly are sad.

Dorm 1 was right next to Dorm 2, of course, and Claire was adding the final touches to her room. The wall was black with little stars and white figures half-hidden behind tall dark trees. Silvery streaks of snow capped the mountains in the distance, and a sliver of moon was glistening in one part. Claire stepped back with a sigh. It had taken her three whole days to complete the room, and she smiled with pride.
On her way back from returning the paint cans, Claire heard a deafening slam of a door, and clutched her ears. Her enhanced snow leopard senses could be bothersome at times.
Biting her lip gingerly, Claire knocked at the door and stepped back, wondering what could be on the other side; a half-blood gone mad and changed? A crying mess of anger and despair? Or a romance that Claire would regret interrupting? She could only guess.

Adam took a deep breath, to help stop his crying. He took a tissue and dried his tears. He opened the door to see Claire. "Oh, hi Claire. What's up?" asked Adam.

"I just heard a door slam and wanted to make sure everything was alright," Claire replied, glad she didn't have to face a naked male peering out from behind the door.

"Well, come in. Don't worry, there's no innapropriate things in here." said Adam leading her to his bed. "I have this disorder. Multiple Personality Disorder. It's where your brain creates multiple personalities different from your own. They can randomly just come out and control you. This happpened to me today, and it went out of hand." explained Adam.

Claire smiled and stepped in, closing the door behind her lightly. She wasn't sure why Adam was telling her this, but she nodded along anyway. "Which room is yours?" She asked.

"This one." said Adam leading her into the room closest to the door. When he went into his room, it was like a giant version of a tree, making his bed the nest.

"Wow!" Claire remarked, stepping in. The students had been placed in dorms that suited them, but Claire hadn't known which, except which one was hers. "So, if you don't mind me asking, what is really going on?"

"A few days ago, Kevin punched me in the face. So that's how I got a dislocated jaw. The day before that, a boy named Jet really ticked me off and I scratched his eye out. Damian confronted me and Kevin today, and my evil side kicked in. Me and Kevin beated him pretty badly. Then Cecelia came over and told us to stop. My evil personality was still within me and I punched her in the face. I didn't realize what I was doing until after I hit her. I got mad, and here I am." explained Adam. Claire smiled, receiving the goodbye as though it were a telepathic message. Letting herself out, she left with a wave and a smiled. "Bye," She said, shutting the door behind her and returning to her room.
