You know what you gotta do when life gets you down? Just keep swimming! (Yes, I just did that! Gotta love Dory from Finding Nemo.) Felicity jumped into the school's lake and transformed into her dolphin form. Her dolphin form was rather small, but she was still growing. Hopefully, she wouldn't be small forever. The teachers took it easy on Felicity, because she had trouble speaking. She couldn't read aloud or do anything like that in class. If she needed to go to the lake and have her space, the teachers would understand and let her do exactly that. Felicity was trying her best, though. She would go to the hospital every once in a while and have speech therapy lessons with Claire if she had the spare time. It must've been hard for Claire to take care of all her patients since the students were starting to get injured. Why were they all turning on each other? Did they want to see who was the alpha animal of the school? It was ridiculous, and Felicity stayed her distance from them more than she did before. The little dolphin swam around in the lake, and she did a few tricks in the water just for fun. Felicity made a dolphin sound as she played in the water by herself. She suddenly stopped and looked around in the water as if she was searching for a friend. She let out a sigh and realized that she was truly alone. All by herself in her own little, quiet world. Felicity retreated to the shadows when she heard footsteps above. She watched from the shadows to see who or what was coming to the lake.

Kevin was walking around the forest. It seemed like the only place he could be where he actually felt home. He was walking near the lake when he saw a small dolphin. 'She must be a new student.' He thought to himself. He walked to the edge of the lake and said, "Hey there little one. It's okay, I'm not gonna hurt you."

Fel was spotted! She slowly swam up to the surface and poked her head out in the middle of the lake, watching the half blood. Kevin sounded so calm and harmless, but Felicity reminded herself to be on guard. There wasn't much she could do. She didn't know how to talk, and she was in her dolphin form. She refused to get out of the water and turn into her human form. She felt like she would be safer in the water where she definitely knew how to get around well.

"Hey, so you'd like to stay in the water, eh? That's okay with me!" He said. So he took off his shirt and jumped into the lake. "So, my name is Kevin, and I'm a wolf half-blood. What's you're name?" He asked.

The dolphin nodded and made a dolphin sound in greeting. This half blood was nice to her, but that was probably because he hadn't heard her talk yet. Whenever she tried to talk, it would sound like gibberish and she would stutter. Kevin was okay until he took his shirt off and jumped into the lake. That caught Felicity off guard, and she immediately retreated to the shadows like before when Kevin approached the lake. She watched him before she swam up and nudged his legs with her nose. Felicity laughed but it came out as a regular sound a dolphin would make. She tugged at his pants, hoping to get him to play with her.

"Hey." He said. "So you wanna play? Then try to catch me!" Kevin was an excellent swimmer. When he went to human schools he was most of the time best on the swim team. Kevin dove under the water 3 inches under the water and bolted off, swimming as fast as he could.

Her black eyes sparkled, and she did a little trick underneath the water out of excitement. Somebody was actually going to play with her! Oh, he really thought he could out swim a dolphin? Felicity spent most of her life in water, so she knew how to get around pretty well in the water. Kevin was a wolf but that didn't mean anything. He could still be a very good swimmer. She watched him bolt off, and her eyes grew wide in shock. She shook it off and swam after him with all that she could. Felicity jumped in out of the water just for fun. She did a few spins in the air before she hit the water again. It was a lot of fun, and she didn't have any trouble keeping up with Kevin while she was showing off. The dolphin dove underwater and swam as fast as she could to attempt to come up underneath Kevin and flip him over playfully.

Kevin was impressed by Felicity's tricks. He didn't notice her come underneath him. He was flipped into the air and landed on his back. He started laughing and he rubbed the dolphin's head. "You're a talented little fella." He said to her.

Felicity grew a little worried when she flipped him into the air. Maybe that was taking it a little too far. She swam over to Kevin to check up on him, nudging him with her nose. It made her happy that he was okay. The dolphin made a happy sound when Kevin rubbed her head, and she tried to cuddle up to him. Felicity dove underwater again and splashed a lot of water into Kevin's face with her tail in the process of diving back into the water. She stayed underneath the water and watched Kevin to see if he could figure out where she went. She really liked playing with Kevin, and she hoped they would be able to play many times after the day was over. Felicity swam up to Kevin and popped up behind him in attempt to scare him.

Kevin tried to figure out where Felicity go. "Whoa." He said when she popped up behind him. She was really cute in dolphin form. Kevin dove under the water and lifted Felicity up. She was young but heavy. He dropped her and laughed. "You're really fun to play with!" He said.

Felicity struggled a little as she was being lifted up by Kevin. Boy, was he strong! She might've been heavy in her dolphin form but it was different for her human form. She made a little dolphin sound when Kevin dropped her, and she swam around underwater. She heard him say that she was fun to play with and that made her really happy. If only she could talk, then she would want to ask him so many questions. One of them was to be his friend. Felicity would need Claire to tell him that. Or, if she had a paper and pencil then she could ask him if he wanted to be her friend. The dolphin jumped out of the water and did a spin before she dove back into the water. She swam up to the surface and swam over to Kevin, smiling and nudging his hand as if she was telling him to pet her.

Kevin figured she wanted him to pet her. He rubbed her head and said, "You don't talk much." He wondered why. "Wanna be my friend?" He asked her. "Because you're really fun. I should come to the lake more often!"

Felicity smiled when Kevin petted her like she wanted him to. Kevin was different from the others but that was probably because he hadn't heard her try to talk yet. She would be throwing a stuttering fit whenever she tried to talk. She also couldn't talk in her dolphin form, anyway. Felicity nodded in agreement that she wanted to be friends with Kevin. She was so excited that she finally made a friend! It made her so happy that she felt like she could do several spins in the air out of joy. If she was a human, she would be blushing with embarrassment. She never heard anyone say that she was fun before. Felicity dove back into the water again and sneaked her way up underneath him to where he would be sitting on her back. She was willing to give him a ride on her back if he wanted to.

Kevin was lifted a little. "A ride, eh? Sure!" He said. He held on to her fin on her back and said, "Let's go!"

Felicity let out a little squeak as Kevin held onto the fin on her back. It kind of took her by surprise a little. She had never given someone a ride on her back before so it was different for her. She gave Kevin a nod of her head and moved her tail up and down to get going. Felicity swam around the lake a few times and looked back a little to see if Kevin was having fun. She was so happy she finally made a friend especially one that was older than her. That was a shock to her. I don't want Kevin to leave... ever. If he was my real friend, he would stay here with me for as long as it takes. Felicity was just afraid of Kevin leaving and never coming back because he had better things to do probably. He would forget about her, and she would be all by herself again.

Kevin laughed as he rode on Felicity. Then he fell off, he did it on purpose though. He towards the surface and motioned for her to follow him. "C'mon. I want to show you something in the forest." He said to her.

Felicity made a U turn when she realized that Kevin was no longer on her back and she heard a splash coming from behind her. She felt awful about it. Was she going too fast? Her black eyes softened as she nudged Kevin with her nose to see if he was okay. Well, he came right back up so that was a good sign. Felicity swam right behind Kevin, following him like he wanted her to. I wonder where he is taking me... She turned into her human form and crawled out of the water and onto the land. Her human form was a ten year old girl with snow white hair and ice blue eyes. Her hair and eyes seemed even more vibrant against her black dress. Felicity walked up to Kevin and slid her hand into his, so she wouldn't get separated from him.

Kevin felt rather awkward when Felicity slid her hand into his. I mean, he has a girlfriend. He slid his hand out of hers and said, "Don't take it personally, I just felt rather weird. Soooooo, how has you're time been at Animalia Academy?"

What the heck? Felicity was a ten year old girl-Never mind. She looked a little worried when Kevin pulled his hand away from hers. She didn't want to get lost, and she felt safer holding someone's hand. Someone that she could trust. The little girl looked around at where she was at and tried to stay close to Kevin since he wouldn't hold her hand. Her body shook a little in fear that something was going to come out and grab her. Felicity looked up at Kevin, and she felt bad that she couldn't answer his question. It was too much for her to stay. She would say that it was okay, but even that was too much for her to spit out. She just started speech therapy with Claire. Felicity tried to think of something to say back so he wouldn't think she was ignoring him. "F-F... F-F... F-Fe.. F-Fellll." Fel was her nickname, and it was like the world fell. Hopefully, Kevin would think of it as her name instead of the word fell. Why would she say the word fell anyway? It would make no sense.

Kevin was a little puzzled when she said Fel. He figured it must be her name or nickname. He then remembered Claire was giving speech therapy to someone. "Oh, are you the one who Claire teaches like speech therapy or something? That must be hard for you. I bet a lot of kids make fun of you. But I won't." He told her.

Sadly, yes. Felicity was the one Claire was teaching speech therapy to. She nodded as if she was saying yes to his question. Oh, geez. It was like she didn't know that already. A lot of kids made fun of her because whenever she tried to talk, she would sound strange. They would make fun of her for holding out things like when she said her name, she held out the l for a little bit longer than it had to be. It nearly took the breath out of her just by trying to say her nickname. That was sad, but it was something she had to get through. She was relieved to hear that Kevin wouldn't make fun of her, though. That was nice of him. She was worried that when he found out, he would make fun of her and then she wouldn't have a friend anymore. Kevin was her first friend, and she wanted to keep him as her friend since he was so nice to her and he liked being around her. No one has ever looked at her the way Kevin did, and that made her feel pretty special.

Felicity had seen a wolf in a picture book before. She had never seen one in person, though. She shook her head and continued to walk next to Kevin. Why would he ask such a random question like that? M-Maybe he wants to show me his wolf form... A shiver went up the little girl's spine, and she let out a squeak. She looked frightened to her very core, and she took a few steps backward. Ah! I'm his next victim, aren't I? Felicity shuddered and stared at the boy with wide blue eyes. She heard that half bloods were getting into fights lately. She really didn't want to, because she was defenseless and she hated violence. I knew I should've stayed in the water where I was safe! I thought Kevin was a nice guy...

Kevin noticed the fearful look in Felicity's eyes. "Oh, I'm not going to hurt you." He chuckled. "I just wanted to show you this." He then shifted into a wolf and gave her a playful look. "Now its your turn to ride me."

Felicity's body started to relax, and she wondered what he was going to do. If he wasn't going to attack her, then what was there for him to do? She gasped at the sight of Kevin turning from a boy to a wolf. It's like she had never seen a half blood transform into its animal. She should know since she did it several times. Well, she mostly preferred to stay in her dolphin form where she would be safe in the water. Felicity was shocked to hear that Kevin wanted her to ride on his back. She walked up to Kevin carefully and reached out to pet his head. A small smile appeared on her face, and she crawled up onto his back. It felt so weird being on a wolf's back. She wanted to ask him if he had ever let someone ride on his back before but that was too much for her to say. Felicity leaned forward and petted the wolf over and over again. He's so fluffy~
