@xiomara only. I might make Lily show her true self, but I'm having too much fun with the bird thing.
The greenhouse was quite warm compared to outside. No, not sunny at all, but the heater made it warm. The flowers still thrived. They gave off a sweet aroma, a pungent smell that Lily enjoyed. The girl was still in bird mode, and had flow on to a ledge, singing a bird song loud and clear for anyone to hear. Yes, she loved to sing when it included being a bird and having nobody know what it meant. When Lily got bored of singing, she stretched her yellow wings and soared. She glided her way to a spot on the table where there was just soil and earth, and she hopped around, tweeting occasionally. This is fun! Lily thought. She then stopped to take a break, looking around with sharp turns of the head.

Xiomara opened the door to the greenhouse cautiously and peeked inside. Her blue eyes blinked and scanned the room for any students. As her arrival there, she was a shy girl that didn't like to be around many people. But, she could settle for a small group of close friends. Her pitch black hair was pulled into a sidebraid, draping over her right shoulder. Her hand lifted up and she tucked behind her ear a few strands of her hair that had come loose from the braid.
Xiomara walked through the greenhouse, following the cobblestone path to wherever it would take her. She walked right past the table where the bird of paradise was hopping around. Wait a minute.... Xiomara backed up a few steps and looked at the bird, turning to face it. She crouched down and reached out to the bird. Her hand was shaking and she started to smile.
"H-Hi there... Are you the bird I met before? Um.... Lily?"

Within a few seconds and some stepping, a girl had knelt down and stretched a shaking hand. Her beautiful raven black hair had been pulled into a side braid, which Lily found pretty. She listened to Zoey as she guessed the half-bird's name. Lily ruffled her tail feathers, shaking the two extra long, thin black feathers. She tweeted innocently, a friendly bird.
The bird looked at Zoey, like a bird. Her head tilted sharply, her eyes focused on Zoey's. The inner Lily giggled, laughed, saying Bingo, you win a prize! and all the while hugging what Zoey could be. The bird Lily hopped on to Zoey's outstretched hand, her grip light but firm, and tweeted a happy tune about rose petals in which only birds would understnad.

If you were a human, it was quite the sight to see birds communicating in such ways. They had their own way of speaking to each other and their body language. When the bird hopped into Zoey's hand, Zoey relaxed and smiled at the bird. I wonder if she likes me... Or, this is a coincidence. Honestly, she didn't want it to be a coincidence. Zoey was starting to take a liking to Lily. She appreciated the light but firm grip Lily had on her hand. She wouldn't want Lily to fall off. Lily started to sing a happy tune about rose petals. "Oh... do you like roses?" Zoey wasn't sure which flower she liked the most. They were all so beautiful. "Do you like being in your bird form? Is it the dominant one?"

The bird listened, then tweeted a yes, then listened to the next question. Yes, she liked it, she tweeted. Then the last question. Of course Lily's bird form wasn't dominant, but this time Lily just stared back at Zoey, tilting her head with a pleasant bird-face. Lily hopped up to Zoey's shoulders, enjoying the braided hair that now pressed against her side. The bird then looked around and tweeted something about turning into a bird with her.

Flowers also had meanings that Zoey was fond of. Yeah, she had some knowledge when it came to her precious flowers. Zoey giggled to herself, remembering her first day at the academy. Lily liked snuggling into Zoey's warm, black hair. It was a cute compliment Lily had made about Zoey. The lovely little bird tweeted in her ear, asking her if she would turn into her bird form. "Yes.. I don't mind." she paused and reached up slowly to put Lily down on the ground. "I'm just going to put you down now.." Zoey waited patiently for Lily to hop into her hand again.

Lily looked at Zoey as she reached her hand up, and Lily then hopped on to Zoey's hand. Should I show her my human form? Nah, I'm having too much fun. Maybe later. Lily looked at Zoey's face, ruffling her tail feathers.

Zoey smiled and reached down to the ground, placing the bird gently on its feet. She rose up to her feet and her wings twitched slightly. Alrighty then.. Gosh, she couldn't remember the last time she interacted with another half-blood in her animal form. It shouldn't be any different than her human form. Zoey shifted into a small blue bird with multiple shades of blue on her wings. The bird looked around as if she didn't know what to do. She tweeted to Lily and tilted her head, asking her what she wanted to do.

Lily giggled then flew into a bush, intending to play a game of hide-and-tag. She hid in a small hole in the wall.

Zoey let out a surprise tweet when Lily suddenly flew off. Where was she going? Oh, I hope I didn't scare her off. The bluejay flapped her wings and lifted her small body off of the ground, turning her head in every direction. She decided to stay by the outline of the greenhouse inside. But, if Lily did fly off to get away from her, she shouldn't be looking for her. Well, Lily wanted Zoey to shift into her bird form.
Surely, they would play a game or fly around. Lily is a young girl, even younger than me. That must be what she wants! To play a game.. So, hide and seek or tag? Zoey continued to fly in the greenhouse and took a look around for her other bird friend.
