History:

Born to a semi-wealthy family, Dee was always talented at singing, even from a young age. Both her parents were human, having adopted her, not minding the fact that she as a half-blood. She was raised to enjoy her talents, and won nearly a hundred talent contest and performances of any sort with her singing. Diana was popular, beloved, and praised by all her teachers, and even performed in several of her school's assemblies.
When Diana was 16, during a search conducted by the HBES, Diana as discovered as a half-blood. Her parents warned her to run, and though she did, she didn't leave without the shouts of the HBES and the screams of her adopted parents as they were killed for housing a half-blood.
Holding their words close to her heart, Diana swore to raise as the world's first half-blood singer, from pop to Broadway, to a Capella. When she managed to board a bus to the Academy, she knew her destiny was to be enacted.

Actually, if you were going to do a half aquatic animal, you should know that aquatic animals don't have attributes

So, that said, I suppose if the character was made (Following restrictions) then yeah, perhaps. Depending on your character's personality
