What a great title! That was sarcasm. Get used to it, womanz.
First off, I want to say that I'm glad to see this board - and the site - becoming more and more active. It warms my heart, and that wasn't sarcasm.
Now, I assume most of you have heard that I'm working on a Tribes Of Elements book, which might even be turned into a series. If it's published, not only will I let you all know, be extremely happy and crazy with excitement, you will now my full and real name, but it will likely make the site active. Therefore, I need ya'll to be super people and help make it look nice and not... well, like some other inactive proboards RP site. K? AMAZING! Link is here.
This is the rough intro to the story, which will become the prologue. I'll probably lengthen it sand make tweaks to the real thing, but here's what I have at this moment:
Right?
RIGHT!?

This is the rough intro to the story, which will become the prologue. I'll probably lengthen it sand make tweaks to the real thing, but here's what I have at this moment:
Hazy moonlight slipped through the sky, lighting a winding path of rock and dirt. Its rays cascaded from the full moon on the calm waves of the chilly breeze, carried down to dance delicately on the surface of a clear, dark pond. The path wound around the bends of the nearby hills and the side of a large mountain, trailing up over a hill and then down to swivel an imperfect oval around the pool. The water was shaded by an overhang of bending branches, cropped in between the largest mountain of the known land, and the soft, rolling plains tumbling out beside it.
With the entrance of gravel-crunching footsteps came a young woman. The light of the moon illuminated her, the crown of her brown-haired head lit with the milky rays. Exhausted from her journey, the woman approached the pool, respect glimmering in her green eyes. As she did so, the moonlight and starlight skating on the surface intensified, turning the once dark water into a moon itself. The woman’s brown cloak, folding itself around her, was turned a shade lighter from the sky’s power.
Kneeling beside the pool, the woman raised her hands with grace, and with the flick of a finger, grasped the heart of nature in her own. The trees at the edge of the pool glowed dark green, and the woman slid her eyes shut, focusing on its energy.
Green rays poured off the trees, snaking around the edge of the pool to meet the woman, swirling around her, tumbling into a sphere of pure green energy, enveloping the woman. She flattened her hand, reached out in front of her, and channeled the green energy up and over the pool, and the resonating sphere of light overpowered the moon’s, turning the water into a leaf green.
Opening her eyes, the woman looked up at the green energy and lowered her arms. Silently, she slipped her feet out of soft moccasins and dropped her cloak, revealing a long, green, shimmering gown. Its long loose sleeves hung deftly around the girl’s arms, blending in with the long trim.
Automatically, the woman stepped into the frigid water, hardly grimacing at the chill. Wading in to her waist, keeping her arms around her side, the woman turned to face the direction she came, paused, and stretched her arms to the side. Shutting her eyes once more, the woman leaned back, pressing herself off the ground to float softly on her back, moving to the center of the pool. Overhead, the green light illuminated the woman’s face, and her long brown hair spilled out around her head, as did her dress.
“I am Timber of the Tribe of Nature,” the woman said suddenly, water tickling the sides of her face. “Our leader, Bear, has fallen. I have risen to take his place. Pool of Destiny, grant me the sights of the future to ready me for what I must lead my tribe through.”
The green orb overhead crackled from the inside out, beginning to glow brighter, folding out and swirling down in a tornado to Timber’s heart. With a final burst of light, the energy fed through the new leader’s forehead, tumbling into her mind to grant imagery that had never been known.
Before Timber’s eyes, portrayed with hazy imagery, not unlike a dream, was a young girl with dark brown hair. Dancing over the girl’s head was a flame, a sphere of water, a stone, a small rain cloud, and, in the center, a sapling uprooted and growing through the time.
The scene was overwhelmed by a bright whiteness, and then trickled into another of the Land of the Five Tribes. Fire, everywhere, engulfed the land and Timber’s vision, swallowing the forests, the mountains, the oceans and rivers, the plains, and, burning most intensely with a sense of not fear, but strength, the ash lands.
The scene grew bright once more and Timber’s eyes flashed open in reality. The pool was darkening as the moon’s light decreased in power. An easy calmness lingering in Timber’s eyes, the new leader returned to the shore, and the Pool of Destiny granted her thoughts to form words to the prophecy.
Fire will engulf the world if not stopped, and the five Elements will unite under one person.

Right now all it is is a little prologue. But nice so far?
Right?
RIGHT!?
