The wolf boy was not far from the lake, resting on the ground. The lake was the calmest and peaceful place in Animalia in his opinion. It was a wide clearing with a clear, sparkling lake. The water looked refreshing especially when the sunlight bounced off of it, making it sparkle. His hands were resting on the back of his head as he laid there. His eyes were closed, and his ears would move in all directions at the sudden sounds. Elias let out a sigh of satisfaction, feeling very relaxed. Sometimes it was nice to have some alone time. Not that it meant nobody could walk up to him and talk to him at the moment. It was just nice to relax. Everybody felt that way except for people that didn't have enough time to relax. It was a rather beautiful day instead of those cold winter spells. Elias basked in the sunlight, and he felt like he could just drift away right there... Hannah Steiner(Private thread I'm guessing?)

Hannah Steiner walked down to the shore, her picnic basket in her right hand, speakers in her left hand, blasting out the song Shower by Becky G. She didn't care if anyone else was at the lake; it was her relaxing day, and blasting music helped her relax. It reminded her of the big city, where she lived before she came to the Academy.
She spread out her hot pink beach towel on the sand and put her bag and speakers on the edge of her towel. Hannah put on her sunglasses, then laid herself down on her beach towel and closed her eyes. "Ah, the lake is perfect this time around." She whispered to herself over her blaring music.

His black wolf ears turned towards the half-blood, hearing her music blasting and sensing her near. It was a natural thing for even humans to sense, where you get the feeling you're not the only one there. Either Hannah just liked that song or she had experienced that kind of feeling. The reason why she dances in the mirror and sings in the shower. That would be a nice feeling, but Elias did that whether he was in love or not. Hey, he was a man that liked to sing and dance. Mostly singing was his kind of thing. It had nothing to do with his sexuality. Guys could sing and dance, too, if they wanted. Elias was straight as a line anyway. Not as straight as a stick because some sticks weren't straight. The blasting music didn't seem to bother him.
You would think it would since dogs had sensitive hearing. Elias was used to blasting music all the way up. He would turn it up when he was alone, of course. He respected other people unlike some people these days. The wolf boy was going to continue laying there until he smelled something good. He stood up and brushed off his clothes just in case any loose grass got stuck to his clothes. His head lifted up towards the sky, and he followed the aroma over to the blonde-haired girl who was blasting her music. Elias was standing there in front of the girl, and he just blinked at her curiously.
"Um... Hey. I'm Elias." Elias growled to himself when he realized that the aroma was coming from the girl's picnic basket. Ugh, he was getting hungry. I should've thought of having a picnic. It's the perfect day for it.. He shook his hunger away to the side, hoping he would just forget about being hungry. A bright smile appeared on his face as he looked down at the girl. "Are you waiting for someone? Maybe a few friends... What's your name?"

Hannah saw the boy through her shades. She took off her sunglasses and paused her music. "What are you doing bothering someone like me?" (Remember, she has a snotty, stuck-up attitude) Hannah remarked rudely. "I'm Hannah. Hannah Steiner. Half white chinchilla. Not waiting for anyone. Is that all, 'Elias'?" She hated being bugged, especially on the beach. Though she enjoyed being rude, she had no right to at the Academy, she just hadn't learned that yet. Generally the Academy is a place for nice people, and a stuck-up girl like her had no special place. Though she had the best of clothes and was quite wealthy.

Woah, she had some anger issues. It didn't seem like she worried about bothering other people with her blasting music. Clearly, she had no room to talk about bothering people. "Oh, um.... Elias Resnik. Half wolf." he introduced himself and reached out to shake hands with the girl. Ugh... She probably thought he was a creep. It was his fault. The nose wants what the nose wants. He sniffed it, followed it, and found her. Elias pulled away and looked at her in a confused way, wondering what the heck he did to her. "Yeah, I guess that's all.." The boy walked back to where he was laying, which was across the lake from where Hannah was sitting. Well, that was strange.. I guess she's not really a people person. He laid back down on the ground and sighed, looking up at the blue sky. Women... They are so complicated. I don't think I'll ever understand them. Hannah was actually the first to annoy Elias and that was rare.

"Half wolf, huh? Well, go do whatever wolf boys do." Hannah smirked and giggled.
"Man, I'm starving." She said when Elias left. Sitting up, she grabbed her bag and dug through it to get the food and drinks she brought with her. "Cheeseburgers... Salad... Dr. Pepper... Paper plate... Forks... Perfect! Everything I want." From her bag, she put a cheeseburger on her plate, then a handful of salad leaves. She opened a can of Dr. Pepper and set it next to her plate. "The perfect picnic!" She exclaimed, then she started eating her cheeseburger.

Ugh, she just had to take the food out of the basket. That just made the aroma even stronger for his senses. Elias growled and rolled over onto his side where his back was facing Hannah. I'm getting hungry, too. It smelled so good! Cheeseburgers.... That was driving him crazy that he couldn't have any. He shot straight up and looked across the lake at the girl. "Would you be quiet!" he snapped at her. "You're making me hungry." The boy complained and laid back down. Shut up, Elias... Just keep your mouth shut. ( Make Hannah tell him to go hunt for food like the wolf he is. See what he brings back for her Sorry it's short. I couldn't think of anything else to write about.)
