History:
Jess grew up in the Tenderloin district of San Francisco so she didn't get the best influences as she was growing up. She also had four older brothers so she didn't get the best influences from them either. She grew up and started drinking with her brothers even if she wasn't at the age requirement. When she was 18, her mother and father died in a motorcycle accident, so she and her four brothers were homeless. And that was also around the time the HBES were invading the city and searching for half-bloods. So, she and two of the surviving brothers she had left the city. Halfway along the trip one brother fell ill and Jess was separated from her brothers. She then arrived at the academy.
