Adam GriffinLogan walked into the gym, wearing a white tank top and sweatpants. Walking up to a sandbag, he punched it, causing it to shake immensely. Little did he know someone was already in the gym. (Sorry for powerplaying and shortness.)

Adam was already in the gym, but tried to stay as quietly as he could from Logan. Logan put some pretty severe injuries to Adam, and he was still healing! Adam did not need it again, and hoped that Logan wouldn't notice him.

Logan turned around. It was Adam. Logan wasn't going to beat him up, more like teach him how to fight. "How long have you been here?" He asked.

Logan gave an amused chuckle at Adam's behaviour. "I'm not gonna hurt you, I'd actually train you." He said. "You're such a wimp, I'm gonna teach you some moves."

Adam's face darkened as Logan called him a wimp. "Well thanks." said Adam sarcastically. He walked toward Logan, and waited for what he was going to do.

"Do as I say." He said. He walked over to a dummy. "To take down your enemy, you have to find his weak spots, and try to pin him down, or kill him." He circled the dummy and punches it in the back of the neck, causing it to fall forward.

Adam gulped when Logan said "Try to pin him down, or kill him." He walked up to another dummy, and punched it in the back of the neck. It fell forward, but not as forcefully as Logan's.

"Eh." He said at Adam's attack. He pulled out a knife from his bag. "You wanna try to hit a pressure point, or try to temporarily or permanently paralyzed your oppenent." He tossed Adam the knife. "Use it on the dummy." He looked at Adam seriously. "Paralyzing them is a good choice." He picked up the dummy and slammed it down, kneeing it hard in the back while doing so.

Adam gave Logan the stink-eye for not saying "Good enough" or "Good". He caught the knife from Logan, and stabbed the dummy in the spine. It would paralyze the lower part of the body, making the person unable to move.

"Good enough." He said. "That would paralyze the lower part of the body." He pulled out his metal claws, and put them on. "Or, you could go for the killing strike." He walked up to a new dummy, and stabbed it through the neck. He looked over the dummy to see his claws, sticking through the dummy's throat. He pulled them out and looked at Adam.

"Thanks." said Adam as Logan said for him to keep the knife. He walked over to the front of the dummy and stabbed it in the heart, well, where the heart is at least.

Rosemary swung open the doors to the gym. She felt like she needed to get stronger and stick up for herself better, since she had just been injured by Logan Marshall. And to her, the gym was the perfect place to that. She walked inside and, speak of the bad guy, she saw Logan. Although it wasn't normal Logan. He had his metal claws on. And she was shocked and scared even more than she was before when she looked next to Logan and saw Adam with a knife.
"Leave my Adam ALONE!" Rosemary yelled at Logan and rushed over to Adam's side without a second thought or regret. She attempted to step in between Logan and Adam, as she feared someone would get injured again.

"Rosemary, it's okay. He's apparently trying to make me stronger." said Adam glaring at Logan. But I still don't trust him at all.

"Apparently?" She frowned. "How can you trust this guy? He almost paralyzed you, Adam!" Rosemary couldn't believe Adam was training with Logan.
