{@peace} As Luke lead the way from the Gym to the Cafeteria, he fiddled with his black drawstrings on his hoodie and sighed. Making his way into the Cafe, he took a plate and began to look at the food, wondering what he could get. |

Serenity walked in beside Luke and followed him to the line. Glancing at him curiously. Was he nervous or just bored and does that out of habit? She wondered as she watched him play with his drawstrings before looking away again and grabbed a plate. Glancing around at their choice of food

Luke decided to pick out some bacon {naturally}, some chicken, a bread roll and a can of soft drink. He glanced over at Serenity and waited until she looked like she was ready. "Where'd you want to sit?" |

She just got a tuna salad sand which with a side salad. She looked around the room assessing the area before pointing to a table by a window. "How bout there?" She suggested

Luke shrugged. "Sure." He replied, walking over and sitting on one of the leather benches. Putting his plate down, he lay his back against the leather back of the seat and sighed. After a while, he came back forwards again, and cracked open the can of sprite. |

Luke took a gulp of the lemonade, then carefully placed the chicken and bacon inside the bread roll. Taking a bite of it, he looked over at Serenity and blinked. "How's your sandwich?" |

She startled not expecting to be spoken to. She looked at her sandwich a moment before at Luke. "It's fine." She shrugged taking another bite. Sh paused a moment and glanced at Luke again. "Im sorry if im not more social...I tend to not have much experience with people." Sh gave a weak awkward smile.

Oh well she's my older sister." She shrugged. "The prettiest and more popular then me. Even while growing up I've lived in her shadow." She muttered. "I mean don't get me wrong I love my sister it's just...everyone who knows me and her...always compare the two of us. She's a white haired girl, I'm a black. She has green eyes I have blue. She like an angel and I'm just...this shadow. She's seet and popular and I'm a social outcast. She's a half blood.....and in a boring human." She turned towards the window with a sad look.

"Hey. That doesn't sound like the Serenity that I know." Luke said, reaching over the tiny table and patting her shoulder. "Sometimes... you have to grow up in a shadow of another sibling. Maybe even if your parents are rich, or famous. But that doesn't mean you're the rotten one. Some people don't care about popularity, while others do. I, personally, don't. So you don't have to, either." He spoke with a soothing tone, then tilted his head and smiled.

She finished her food and cleared her throat. "So umm, it was nice having lunch with you. I-I'm going to go back to training at the gym and let you roam free like you planned." She rose to her feet an grabbed her stuff and threw it away. "So ummm yeah." She waved awkwardly and went to make her way past him.
