The tundra area was finally ready for half-bloods to roam! Half-bloods like polar bears, arctic wolves, etc. The white ferret couldn't wait to be the first one to check it out! The ferret ran to the tundra and noticed that it was snowing. Ada bounced around and tried to catch the snowflakes in her mouth. She mostly wanted the snow to be on the ground, and she needed something to occupy herself until the snow built up on the ground. "Hehehe~ This is so much fun!" The ferret started to run around as fast as she could. Back and forth... Back and forth... Boy, was she energetic! While she played around for a bit, the snow was starting to build up on the ground. Ada flopped down on her back and started to roll around in the snow. Ooh~ Maybe if I can find a hill or something around here, I could slide down it! However, while she was frolicking around, she wasn't aware that she was being watched by an animal much bigger.... A predator ready to pounce.

(Logan can't stand the cold, so I'll use my other account Jacob.)
Jacob was in polar bear form, watching a small white ferret. It was small, but it was a meal. But before he attacked, he picked up the odor of a half-blood. He walked over to the ferret and said, "Hi."

(Lol Okay. I changed it to Jacob. I guess I'll make the thread in the forest for Logan if you still want a thread for Logan and Ada.)
The little ferret stopped playing around in the snow and stood frozen still. Bears couldn't communicate with ferrets, could they? Well, most animals should communicate. Cats and dogs communicate, right? Her heart was beating fast, and she flopped down on her back and pretended to play dead. She wasn't a possum... not that she knew of but she saw a possum do that to escape from death. But, the bear could still eat her if she was dead if he was really that hungry. Ada decided it was stupid and rose up, standing on her back feet. Her whiskers twitched slightly, and her ears perked forward with curiosity. "U-Um... Hi. I'm guessing you're like me...? I didn't think I could talk to a bear soo... I'm sorry if I'm wrong."

Jacob laughed. "I'm a half-blood like you." He said. He shifted to human form. He wasn't covered cold, due to being half polar bear. He was wearing a light jacket and sweatpants. "I'm Jacob, but most people call me Jake. Who are you?"

Phew! Ada wasn't going to be his lunch. If he wanted to eat her, he would've done it already. Her cheeks turned red with embarrassment because of how she reacted. Trying to be like a possum and cheat her way out of death! Although, she did enjoy pretending to be other animals. Yeah, she still hadn't learned her lesson from jumping off a roof and trying to fly like a bird. She was a very curious girl especially when it came to animals she thought she would never meet in person. The polar bear was one of them. The ferret changed into her human form, and she smiled at the man. "I'm Ada~ Nice to meet you, Jake. Are you here to check out the place, too? I think it's very sweet that they try their hardest to make us happy. To make us feel... special. Maybe it's because we are. I mean, we can turn into an animal after all." she said and laughed nervously.
