Luke whistled to himself, walking along the aisles until he got to Dorm 6. He pushed open the door silently, glancing around. Stepping in lightly, he closed the door behind him and walked to one of the vacant rooms. Stepping in, he quickly shut the door behind him and threw his bag onto the bed. It jiggled around a little bit, before he turned around and flopped onto the warm, soft bed. He didn't notice the footsteps.

Haruki tended to be more quiet, even if it was by accident. It was one of the perks of being a half-cat. He finally found Dorm 6. He pushed open the door, his duffel bag slung over one arm. He admired the architecture again for a moment, then started moving to one of the rooms. He wasn't sure if this one was taken, so he knocked quietly and waited a moment before pushing open the door. As soon as he spotted somebody there he immediately slammed the door shut, a small surprised blush forming on his face as he realized he had totally just invaded somebody's space.
"Sorry," he mumbled, not sure if he was heard through the door.

Luke barely even noticed the door opening. It wasn't like he cared, either. "No problem." He said in reply to the guy behind the door. "What's your name?" He sat up, blinking, and rubbed his temples. Idiot. What's the point of exchanging names? The evil part of him. Shut up. The good part of him. This happened regularly - good vs evil.

Talking through a closed door seemed kind of stupid to Haruki. You wouldn't be able to hear half of what the other person said because it would be through the door. On the other hand, Haruki wasn't the type of guy who openly engaged in a conversation with many other people. It was pretty much Riku's job to force him into those types of situations.
"Haruki," he called through the door, shuffling on his feet nervously and debating whether to walk back inside the dorm or just stay here. He really didn't want to be a bother.

Luke smiled slightly to himself. "Don't be so shy; come on in, you don't have to stay out there." He stood up, walked over to the door and opened it wide enough for Haruki to come in. "Oh, right. I'm Luke."

Haruki looked up at the teen who was standing over him. He knew he was still young, but he hadn't expected Luke to be so tall. He opened his mouth to say something, but hadn't planned any words yet, so he closed it again and coughed nervously.
"I uh, don't really want to be a bother, sir," he replied. "I-I'm just looking for a free dorm here. There's only one left and I don't know which one it is."

Luke shrugged, but a glint of humour was still in his sharp blue eye. "That one hasn't been claimed. The door was open before I got this one and there was nothing in it." He winked at Haruki, then retreated back into his room. This is the life, He thought happily.
