(Private for Rosemary Jackson) The dark navy haired teen made his way towards the lake. He could never get tired of the forest but he wanted to look at something else for a change. The raven half blood pulled out his towel and laid it by the lakeside before stripping his shirt and laid down on his towel. Hoping to tan his pale skin. Closing his eyes and resting his head on crossed arms. The boy let the sun shine down on his back. His dark eyes closed and hiding behind his messy dark hair that fell into his face. |

Rosemary wanted to try swimming again. After all, the last time she tried swimming, she almost drowned. In her bikini and ready to swim she yelled, "Cannonball!" She yelled loudly as she ran down to the lake and jumped in.
Water surrounded her. The second she felt impact, she plugged her nose to stop water from coming in and started kicking in the water, bringing her up from underwater faster. When she had reached the water's surface, she unplugged her nose, then inhaled and exhaled the sweet air.

He twitched at the loud yell and plugged his ears. Sighing in annoyance as his once dry body was now sparkling with droplets of water. His dark blue eyes opened so that he could stare in irritation at the girl in the pool. Oh how he hated loud noises. The raven half blood turned away once more so that he could dry himself off

Rosemary turned in the water, seeing what she saw as ripples float through the water from her splash. She noticed a teen boy on the shore, drying himself off. Maybe he was hit with the splash, Rosemary suggested to herself. "Hey, you! I'm sorry if you got hit with my cannonball." She yelled to the boy. She certainly wasn't intentionally trying to get him wet. The least she could do was apologize.

He turned his head slightly and looked at her through the corner of his eye and shook his head before lying back down with a sigh.

Rosemary got out of the water and walked up to the boy. "I'm Rosemary," she introduced herself, smiling shyly. "You want to go swimming with me?"

He turned to look at her. He sighed ruffling hi hair slightly. "Fine." He rose to his feet and walked to the water. "I'm Hayato." He added over his shoulder

"Nice to meet you, Hat- hay- Haaayaaato? Hayato!" She tried pronouncing his name to get it right and got it quickly. "C'mon!" She yelled and jumped into the water again.

He chuckled lightly. "Easier way of pronouncing it think of it like high-uh-toe. Just say it slightly fast." He commented

Rosemary surfaced quickly. "Jump in! I wanna see how big of a splash you can make, maybe see if you can beat my amazing, fantastic, glorious cannonball." Rosemary teased playfully.

He shook his head. "I rather not. I hadn't come here to be rowdy. It's not in my nature so forgive me if I'm boring.." He replied floating calmly.

"Um... rowdy?" Rosemary frowned. "I didn't think I was being, um, rowdy. I thought it was all just fun and games." She said sadly as she floated in the water.

"Okay, well, just get in the lake anyway, even if you don't want to jump in. The water's still great!" Rosemary plastered a smile on her face to try to lighten the situation, although she didn't know if it would work or not.

I'm in the water already rosemary." He spoke as a parent would to a child. He was just floating in the water on his back.
(Sorry if he sounds like a total jerk face he isn't sociable and can't really handle interaction well)

"Oh! Whoops, I didn't see you." She giggled nervously but not enough to make him suspicious. But really, she hadn't seen him there. Could be because of his hair color blending in with the water, if that was possible of course, although that still wouldn't make any difference. "What do you like doing in your spare time?" Rosemary casually asked.

He ran his fingers through his spiky hair and looked up at the sky. "I spend my times up there." He replied. "I'm a Raven half blood. I live for the air." He replied

"Ooh! I've never met a raven! I've met a hawk, and my roommate Ashley Webb is a cardinal, but I've never ever met a raven!" Rosemary squealed as she floated in the water on her back, just like Hayato. "I'm a cat half-blood. I know I shouldn't be in water, since cats hate water, but I'm kind of starting to get used to it now."

He smirked lightly at her overexcited attitude towards his animal half blood but he was happy nonetheless that someone actually liked his animal. And it wasnt just being polite. "Yes well birds aren't one for water either so that's alright."

Rosemary giggled, happy to have something in common with Hayato. He seemed like a really nice guy, although he was pretty serious and not that much on fun in her opinion. But she was still happy to have him as a friend, despite the rough start, with Rosemary's cannonball and all. "This is pretty relaxing, just laying here in the water." She said to Hayato.
