@cody
Christopher flipped his hood in one silent movement and entered the forest. The forest qualified to him as a quiet place, since all he would hear was the birds chirping. When he did though, he was tempted to hunt them down. Recently he had been tempted to hunt any animal down. It was different now for him, being at Animalia Academy. He could buy food. He didn't have to kill it to survive. It was a whole new system for him.
Christopher was silent as he went through the forest, trying not to make any sounds. He thought about what life was like before he came to Animalia Academy to keep him busy.

Cody looked around, his hood still covering most of his hair. Being the somewhat shy teen he was, he often spent his time in the forest. He looked over his shoulder again, making sure nobody was there before shifting into his white ferret form and darting through the undergrowth. Several times he stopped and surveyed the area for a minute before going on. The sound of somebody else nearby made the white ferret stop dead in his tracks. It seemed human. The half-blood darted back behind the tree, observing the stranger from a distance and hoping he hadn't been seen.
And hoping that the half-blood in question wasn't a predator of small rodents.
(Cody, that might be a bit much to ask for xD)

Christopher morphed to his coyote form, letting his instinct to hunt take over. Of course he wasn't going to hunt anyone or anything. He would probably get kicked out of Animalia Academy if he did. He used his senses to try and detect any small animals. After a few seconds, he heard something move and he followed the scent. It seemed like some sort of ferret scent to him, but he doubted himself on that one. He didn't know of any ferrets at the academy. Yet, he didn't know that many people.

Cody shifted into his human form behind the tree, while he was still out of Christopher's line of sight. He slipped his hood back over his head. It made him feel more comfortable. People couldn't see who he was from the back that much. Habits die hard, he supposed.
The teen let out a breath before stepping out to see himself become face-to-face with a coyote. Honestly not what he had expected. He raised his hands in defense, staggering back a bit. "Woah, woah," he said. "See? Not a ferret." He was pretty sure there weren't any wild coyotes around here, but in case he was wrong, he prepared himself to run.

|Already in human form, but I'll just go along with it.|
Christopher morphed to his human form, hoping his morph transition distracted the boy, and tackled him, swiftly pinning him down. "Who are you? Are you a half-blood? And are you half ferret?" Christopher said, growling.

(You never said that in your post...? xD Also, please don't powerplay. c: Given Cody probably wouldn't have expected it, however, I'll go with it.)
Cody had been expecting to see the other half-blood shift back to his human form. A real coyote would have just attacked him while he was still in ferret form. What he hadn't been expecting was to promptly be tackled by said half-blood.
The young teen landed on the ground with a loud thud, shutting his eyes tightly as he hit the ground before opening them again to look at his attacker. Cody didn't realize his hood had fallen down, fulling revealing his silvery white hair. He tried moving a bit but the coyote half-blood had pinned him down tight.
"C-cody!" he stuttered slightly, honestly very scared right now. "Yes, I-I'm a half-blood!"

|In the first post Christopher flipped up his hood. I don't think a coyote could do that. Whoops, sorry for the powerplaying. It's quite hard for me to tell the difference between what is and what isn't. | Christopher got off of Cody and offered him a hand up. "I thought you were actually a small rodent and I was about to hunt you. But, I guess you aren't." He sneered. "Christopher's the name." He offered Cody a hand up.

(Ah, but in your second post, you shifted into your coyote form and didn't say you shifted back. c: Don't worry about it, if you need more help with it there is a thread about it somewhere...gotta go find it xD)
Cody forced himself to calm down a bit as Christopher got off of him. He had guessed he was about to be hunted, hence the reason he had shifted back to his human form. "I noticed, thanks," the younger teen deadpanned before ignoring Christopher's offer for help and getting up on his own. He stretched his sore back, more at ease, especially since he still hadn't noticed his hair was showing. He started walking back behind the tree, grabbing his sketchpad he had out and putting it back in the bag again so he didn't lose it.
Already the ferret half-blood was starting to dislike Christopher a bit. He was the type who was too quick to assume things, too violent, and often people like that were the ones that would bully others because of their own insecurities. Remaining silent, the slipped one of the straps of his backpack, shifting his weight from one side to another awkwardly, wondering what to do next. He wasn't a very chatty guy.
