Rosemary JacksonOh my god, that felt like a mile and a half walk here! Maybe it was, oh well. Dorm 8...8...a ha! There it is! "Huh, nice dorm." I said to myself. I was supposed to have a dorm mate named Rosemary, and I wonder where she was. I shrugged, and went into an unoccupied room.
Paints? Check, Brushes? Check. Bird themed bed cover, check. Ok, I'm all set! I started to paint the room a bright red, one of my favorite colors. Suddenly, I heard my door creak open. I turned around to see...

Rosemary stood at Ashley's door. "Um, hi, um, my name is Rosemary Jackson," Rosemary said shyly as she introduced herself. "I'm, um, in the first room in this dorm."

Rosemary took Ashley's hand and shook it. Rosemary smiled as she did. Finally, she would not be alone in Dorm 8. "What's your animal half?" Rosemary asked.

"Cat." Rosemary said. At the moment that Ashley said "cardinal", Rosemary got suspicious. Why would she be put in the same dorm with a bird, when cats are known to hunt small animals such as birds?
"Well, I guess I probably shouldn't come in contact with you. After all, cats kill birds, right?" Rosemary joked, smiling when she finished talking.

I if the entire world was a texting world, my face would be like this: 0_0. Why is she so morbid? I would've said, "Well, I'm leaving." But, I actually said, "Well, maybe we could limit ourselves to not transform as much?" It was an idea.

"Um... I was joking." Rosemary said, frowning. Clearly this girl had no sense of humor. Rosemary shut Ashley's door as she left her room and went to her own room. As Rosemary walked into her own room, she started to think negatively of Ashley.

Man, I can never make friends. I have a little sense of humor, then again it's tiny. I sighed and sat on my bed with my arms crossed. I sighed and started to paint the walls of my dorm room.
